I had a great experience at Chastain. Booking an appointment was super easy, and everything ran smoothly once I got there — no long wait times and they were able to see me day-of. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated how upfront they were about pricing before any services were done. Dr. Kim was fantastic — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the exam and treatment plan. He also spent quite a bit of time trying to coax my petrified dog out from under the chair. After numerous treats, they were fast friends! The best part? First vet visit for my puppy and we were so satisfied! The staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Our puppy loved interacting with the staff! We were very happy and impressed. So excited to make this our home vet for our little fur baby!
