I used Cat Care before for a kitty I had that passed away from an illness. I had him for a number of years after his diagnosis, because of the service at Cat Care Professionals. My new cat was taken in to get his physical, updated shots, etc. and he received the same great care. They followed up early the next day to check on him. It's one thing to get just veterinary services ( ie. VCA ). It's another to veterinary services from someone that literally cares about your animal.

Highly recommend bringing your cats here! I was previously using Banfield and their services are not adequate for senior cats, especially one that has diabetes. Dr. Lynn Healy is knowledgeable, great with handling cats, and I trust her professional opinion. All of the vet staff is friendly, loves/knows cats, and are a joy to work with. The prices might be higher than Banfield, but you're paying for exceptional service that affects your cats longevity.

Senior cat, 12 years old having an extreme case of vomiting. They were able to provide medicine along with X-rays to confirm there was no obstruction which was a great relief . Although we still don’t know why, the Cat Care team has been very responsive, great follow up and has provided several options if needed. I will continue to use this clinic and would recommend. Not inexpensive, but reasonable and expected.

Dr. Ruse, Megan and Emily were a dream for my guys to work with. One is pretty timid, albeit a proficient hunter, and he was very chill and seemed to do very well in the office with them. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Ruse took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions very exhaustively! I left knowing much more about my boys and the details of various treatment options, their impact and expected outcomes. The fact that only kitties are allowed there made a huge difference. Instead of an insanely bright, echo filled, huge waiting room, where we had to wait for 30 minutes or more, the waiting room was echo free, quiet, well lit but not like an operating room, and their room was available immediately upon entry. Some places that claim they care about c

Disclosure: I've only had my cat there for our first consultation, so I'll update this review as necessary. Up 'til now, I'd been taking my cats to a chain veterinary service, and while I want to give the DVMs I met there full credit (they've been great) I didn't like how their clinics were run. Drop-off only feels terrible in terms of communication. I'm a very hands-on, attentive cat-servant and work in human medicine; I know physiology and proper terminology, I really want to be able to discuss my observations with my vet. To that end: Dr. Krohn blew me away with his kind, gentle professionalism. His 'bedside manner' (is there a term for that in veterinary medicine?) was so, *so* good. My cat is a good boy, he has always behaved well for his doctor visits (of which he has had many, h
