10/10 They treated my pup with so much love and care and did it so quickly. My pup is animal aggressive and they made sure he had his own room and were so understanding of the precautions I take to keep him safe. They also gave me a call the day after to check in after his appointment! Best experience I’ve ever had in a Banfield, every single person was awesome. Thank you🥹

I don’t think I can actually say enough good things about Dr. Johnson, Sueltana, Sarah and Amanda. Our dog is reactive and this team has always been very quick to listen to us and support our ideas for how we navigate visits. We’re very appreciative of all the hard work this team does, the care the give, and the patience they have. Thank you so much!

The staff here is very friendly and very good with our dogs. Like all banfields, you don't get to see the vet unless something unusual happens. That's still bothers me.

Always the best customer service. I get many compliments and feel the most comfortable leaving my black lab in there care, the staff is always so kind and patient no matter who we see. I recommend the Lake Oswego location, I’ve tried Tualatin and it does not even compare.

The membership is a scam. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. The automated line says it does not recognize our number. When you call the membership line the calls drop and the wait time is 45 minutes at minimum. I finally got a hold of someone and they said they couldn’t hear me after I said I wanted to cancel the membership. Seems unreal at this point. I then went to the LO location and they said the only way to cancel is to call the number. This seems very intentional to making it so difficult to cancel your membership.
