Casa De Amigos Animal Hotel

We did a two night stay an we were down the street as the hotel didn’t allow our dog that size. Staff both on the phone and in person were kind an professional. There webpage was pretty transparent compared to some kennels I have used. The pricing I also equally as good too. We spoke about our reactive dog an keeping him alone a they fully understood our needs. I think it would be easier if they allowed for a fillable form vs filling out the intake form there. Our dog came back like any other kennel. He didn’t have a bloody nose like he does with some places. He smelled a little but again it’s a kennel. I just bathed him when we got home. They also sent us some pics and an update. Most of the alarming reviews are over 5 years old. So I’m wondering if new staff or new owners etc.

In Monterey for the weekend. We are thankful casa de amigos had room for our 2 pups. We would definitely use in the future. The staff we came in contact with were nice and friendly. Thank you!

We were on vacation when we took our puppies there for daycare, so we could while we explore the Bay Aquarium and the non dog friendly parts of Cannery Road. They seemed to love it, and people we talked to all kept saying, "you made the right choice for daycare!" We definitely felt safe leaving them there. Staff was wonderful and so caring! Will definitely be back!

The staff at Casa de Amigos is always courteous and profession. They always remember my dog and are enthusiastic to see her when we walk in. My dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! I love that they send pictures daily when we board her overnight.They have reasonable pricing and are kind enough to offer a military discount.

First time using a doggy daycare so we were a bit nervous. Staff was nice enough, place was clean and walking distance to the aquarium. Our pooch had a great time and was not stressed at all when we picked him up. Although we didn't get any photos or comments while we were gone, we did see pics on the tv in the lobby. Will definitely use them again!
