Very sweet and caring staff and vet! The concern and attention given to us was wonderful. We’ve just moved to the area and of course had an emergency needing more attention. We were put at ease from the moment we entered with every aspect covered. We were able to get the meds needed and we all were able to sleep through the night. The follow up the next day with a phone call was a great touch. I hope my new doctor treats me this well. Thank you for getting Elsa on the road to recovery.

The care we received was very comforting at a time of distress for me and my 16yo pup Bruce. Andrea at the front desk offered to help me when I had my hands full holding my pup. She was pleasant and professional. Emily- our vet nurse- was outstanding and so very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was transparent and managed our expectations on when we would be seen. Dr. Takesaka apologized for the wait and was patient and caring when she listened to me and gave her professional assessments. It was clear she was invested in the health of my dog who means the world to me.

Six years ago I fostered and later adopted a tiny kitten who was eventually diagnosed with A congenital problem that needed multiple procedures to solve. The wonderful doctors and staff at what was Pet Specialists and is now Blue Pearl saved her life and have kept her healthy. Her annual appointments with Dr. Lesser are part of her well-being. I like the new facility and it’s even a bit easier to get to now. Five stars!

Sir Martin and his family specially mom very happy with service we received last night ! We slept like a baby after we back home after visit. Extremely friendly, supportive and knowledgeable staff ❤️ and clean, beautiful, comfortable environment. Yes, little expensive but somehow you happy to pay for service you receive. Thank you all for very hard work and service you providing for our community, very pleased to know you are here in case we need it 💗

Short wait, wonderful, specific care. We are from out of town and brought our dog into their ER. the Vet was thorough and efficient. The vet and staff all compassionate, kind with us and with our dog. It is a clean, welcoming facility, professional and efficiently run and provides a fairly comprehensive set of services. All vets these days are expensive. We are grateful for the care we received at Blue Pearl in Monterey, CA.
