Keith and the team at Carpetland USA did a fantastic job on a complete carpet replacement on 3 levels in 2 days; excellent carpet and padding, perfect installation and fit per the layout plan.

Christina was exceptional in her knowledge of all the products. She was able to answer all our questions but went above to explain the warranty and what to do and not do to keep the flooring looking great. Brian our installer was great to converse with. His work was above professional and work ethics above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

Keith Perrin was great to work with at Carpetland USA North in Roanoke. He knows all of the products and has valuable knowledge and experience. He came to our homes and looked at all of our flooring Projects and gave us many samples and options. We have worked with Keith on four separate flooring and fireplace projects. He is easy to reach by phone or text always has clear communication and easy to understand estimates. We enjoyed working with him and look forward to doing more projects with him in the future.
