AVOID AT ALL COST. Dealt with the Levittown and Oceanside location and this was a complete mess. Customer service and management was a joke. Their best solution to all of our problems was to cancel the order. Shows the lack of quality and standards this company has.

This is the second time I've worked with Lisette and she is wonderful. She has an eye for color and is willing to work within your price range. She's very good at what she does and takes the pain out of the process. Very efficient! I was there on Wednesday, picked out a remnant, the guy came on Thursday to measure and carpet is scheduled to be installed Saturday! Couldn't ask for more.

I have had several bad experiences with carpet companies over the years. I decided to shop locally and I am very glad I did. From the start Dan did the measurements and put me at ease. The installation was done professionally. I will be using Carpet Depot going forward!

Carpet Depot is the worst carpet store I have ever had the misfortune to shop in. I went in on Saturday before Thanksgiving. They sold me a 9x12 rug and swore to me it would be available to pick up by Tuesday before Thanksgiving. When Tuesday came, they called me to tell me the rug they sold me doesn't come in 9x12. I said I would take it in 8x10. I never heard back from them until I called this morning, on my to be told they don't have it in 8x10 either. They suggested I stop cooking Thanksgiving dinner and drop everything to drive 45 minutes to their Levittown store, to see if there's something else I might like, but they couldn't promise it would be available today. When I asked the owner to take pictures of what they have and send them to me so I spang have to stone to Levittown

If you need carpet, look for Lissette at Carpet Depot’s Oceanside store on Long Beach Road. She was great! We were looking for carpet for two bedrooms and Lissette found just what we needed (she even suggested a carpet with a really good warranty because we wanted such a light color.). Added plus, there’s ample parking in the shopping center lot just around the corner. Go to Lissette, you’ll be happy you did.
