Victor & his son Victor, Jr. do an amazing job. Always a consistent, quality cut, and my pup comes back smelling amazing. Victor Jr. especially is so sweet, kind, and responsive. My dog always goes to him without any issue. With past groomers, my dog would refuse to walk in and shake horribly. He actually gets excited when I talk about going to the Groomer (to see Victor Jr) now. I can tell from my pup’s demeanor at drop off and pick up that he is treated well there. They are competitively priced and much more flexible than other groomers in the area. I have referred three other dogs there and their owners are just as happy and continue to use them.

We brought our dog for the first time to this salon . No regrets.. our dog needed a lot of work Victor took the challenge , explained what he was gonna do from beginning to end. Called with anticipation to let us know when she was gonna be ready. He did an awesome job. Muy recomendado btw he speaks very good spanish which is a plus.

Great groomer! Took my Australian shepherd Oakley there, & couldn’t be happier! Victor was so nice, & made sure to ask me how I wanted it every step of the way. I’ve taken Oakley other places before, & each time they’ve messed up his coat. So I’m hesitant when taking him to groomers, but I’m glad I took him here!

I had been taking my pup to grooming bells for quite sometime and typically loved the results of his haircut but one time I picked him up and by the time I got him I realized he could not open his eyes at all ! I called victor the owner immediately to ask him if there was anything that took place during his appointment that could’ve caused this and even asked for video footage because I was so upset. He said he would provide to me but never did. I had to take my pup to the emergency vet that day and they informed that who ever groomed him got soap in his eyes causing an ulcer in both eye balls. I had a $450 vet bill that day and it was very upsetting. I call victor the next day to let him know I had to come out of pocket for his mistake. He then told me not to worry about it and to let him

Grooming bells is by far the best grooming place to take your pet in Long Island. They are so accommodating when it comes to appointments and scheduling. They offer the best grooming service from wash, to cut, ear cleaning, teeth and MORE! My dog's mood even becomes happier after leaving. I am so thankful to have been able to find this grooming place for my baby. The staff there is welcoming, kind, and very professional. If you are looking to get your pet groomed do not hesitate to book with Grooming bells. I highly recommend 100/10! :)
