I am continually impressed and amazed by everyone in this office. Jennifer goes above and beyond and Dr. Howard truly cares about people and their animals, and he's saved me thousands! I won't go anywhere else. They got me an appointment very quickly. Staff was super friendly. The vet was very nice and explained things clearly and well. The office was nice and smelled good.

Shoutout to Dr. Howard! I had an issue with my pet insurance claiming a pre-existing condition, for an ear concern that was diagnosed well after my policy. They required me to get a letter from my vet. Dr. Howard literally provided the letter so fast, that I was surprised with the accuracy and quality; that I had to make a positive review. And I’m no new customer either. My dog has been with this clinic since he was 8 weeks old and is almost 4 y/o now. When you take care of your customers new and old, that’s appreciated through and through!

Witnessed a young lady in distraught in front of this business this morning and a worker inside of the building went out of her way to come outside of her business and yell at this young lady very disrespectfully, causing even more of a scene. This young lady was clearly in distraught, upset, in tears and already headed back to her own vehicle in the parking lot. It did not seem like this young lady was even a customer of this business. But this woman, in uniform(scrubs and name tag), came storming out of this establishment to yell and scream at a complete stranger already in distress. I would say I see why this woman works with animals instead of people but I would never want someone like that working with my pets if that’s how she deals people. God only knows how she deals with animals t

I am in shock reading some of these reviews. Dr.Howard is an excellent and thorough veterinarian. It is clear he takes pride in his work and really loves animals. My dog has had a lot of health issues in his years, so I am used to dealing with many veterinarians. Dr.Howard is one of the best we’ve seen. He was quick to respond, diligent in reading through the notes from my K9 cardiologist before my dogs procedure, and my dog who normally is weary of men likes him. I felt at ease with him caring for my dog. This clinic is not expensive, the prices are more than reasonable. Good veterinary care isn’t cheap, and cheap veterinary care isn’t always good, people.

Have never had such a wonderful experience at any other vet! The entire team here took amazing care of my baby and were so quick to help, we will be coming back for ALL future needs!
