Caring Hands Rockville has been an exceptional veterinary practice for our family. Over the years, they have cared for five of our dogs, and the consistency, professionalism, and compassion have been remarkable. We most often see Dr. Streck, who is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and trustworthy. She takes the time to explain options clearly and never makes us feel pressured — her guidance always feels grounded in what’s truly best for the dog. Recently, after a minor accident, the practice fit us in quickly with Dr. Hensel, who was equally attentive, skilled, and kind. We felt completely confident in her care. I cannot think of enough wonderful things to say about Caring Hands! Everyone (and I mean w) who works there is friendly, warm , and helpful. My dog is a rescue who can be unpredictably reactive, and the vet whom we saw last night was exceedingly patient and sweet with him. With their flexible hours and friendly technicians and doctors, this office is truly a joy to visit.

I love coming here with my pets. My dog Oliver used to be very afraid of vet visits, but the doctors and staff have really made a difference in his fear level and he is no longer scared. The service is so great! Rachael was so helpful, kind, and prompt! She documented all the information before the doctor’s arrival. Rachael certainly provides very valuable care to my cat and me. I have seen Doctor and Rachael work together with great professionalism and excellent teamwork. Dr. Pilar provided good information and follow instruction clearly. At the end of the visit, I could make the payment with Rachael without having to go to the receptionist and wait. Thank you for the clickable treat to confirm my cat💕.

Dr. Erika was great! She was very knowledgeable about the different options for heart/tick prevention and answered all my questions. The technician and team were great and the service was quick and my sweet Scooby was treated to many treats!
