Well, we took our cat in to get neutered this morning and we walked out with no cat. Our cat died on the operating table whenever his heart stopped beating from the anesthesia. Whenever they gave us the call to let us know that they gave him CPR and he most likely wasn’t going to make it I spoke to the most awful human with no empathy for our situation. She was very rude and had no social skills at all especially in a crisis like this. I mean, you’re an animal doctor and you have no empathy? All she said when she called was “hi this is Carevet. Your cat’s heart stopped beating on the operating table. We gave him CPR - you’re already at $400, do you want us to keep going?” You just told me my cat was basically dead and now are hard selling me on continuing CPR to save him all in the same se

If I could give Dr. Varkey 10 stars I would. We use her for the mobile vet service due to our Labrador being older and not able to walk well. The love and compassion she shows for our almost 14 year old Labrador was truly remarkable. She takes her time and is patient with not only our dog but myself with asking questions. She is very knowledgeable and explains her diagnosis in terms that are understandable. Highly, highly recommend her!

Took my dog there for a leg injury, they said soft tissue injury to wrist keep him sedated and inactive, ( right he's a blue heeler) never healed. Took him to a new Vet and they found bone chip in his elbow requiring surgery. Same tests different diagnosis. For as expensive as they are they should be a lot better than they are. If you love your pet , dont go to CareVet/ Lincoln Way animal hospital.

It’s long, but if you care about who is responsible for your pets, please read! I took my cat for his annual appointment for shots, only to be sent to the emergency animal hospital and not come home with my cat. He was perfectly fine before taking him into LWAH. They took him to the back for shots, he screamed something terrible. Not once, but multiple times he screamed and cried. When they returned to the room, my cat was wheezing and gagging. He threw himself around in his carrier and then projectile vomited. He was then taken to the back to check the color of his gums and put him on oxygen. Vet came back and said he was doing okay off of it, but going to continue to keep an eye to make sure he is okay before sending home. (Keep in mind, his appointment was at 4:40 and at this point it

☆☆☆☆☆I HIGHLY recommend this Vet! The staff were extremely helpful and caring. They were very good with my Dachshund. Their prices were reasonable.
