Canine To Five

I always bring my dog here for grooming. Attentive staff and great service. The groomers pay attention to your requests, especially for trouble areas. The groomers often get very busy though they provide an idea of how long it will take to complete the grooming. My only suggestion is the front desk provides better communication with the groomers so the owner is notified promptly when their dog is ready for pickup. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to check on when my dog was ready.

We love Canine To Five commerce location. For so many reasons this place is a great choice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They respond to calls and texts very quickly. They care about their jobs and clients. Choose this place for our furry friends is a peace of mind. Thank you for your business.

Well its taken me a good 6-8 weeks to write this review, first of all, change your name, you are NOT Canine to Five, you are NOT the kind, caring, devoted staff you once were that cared for my 9 year old pups, who have ONLY been here for boarding and day care. Actually my dogs were there before you were Canine to Five. After your evaluation of my dogs( which is required if not there for 6 months) I was told they were too anxious, not a good fit for them.( I had to text for an update about my dogs,) they would NOT be able to care fore them, I believe I was told "they would not be welcomed back." After a conversation with your staff, I could not believe they did not offer a second visit etc, I also found it amazing after I said "oh no I bought my tickets for vacation," you offered to w

We absolutely love, Canine To 5!! Every time whenever we pull into Canine To 5 driveway and we walk into the lobby, Our baby Bear pulls as hard as he can because he can’t wait to get back into this facility. He absolutely adores coming to Canine To 5. They take such great care of Bear. I tell everyone this is the place to take your pet because of the friendly staff and clean facility. We feel Bear’s getting the best life possible by staying and playing in this wonderful Doggy Daycare.

I used to absolutely love this location and so did my fur baby! About 6 months ago, they changed management and it has gone downhill. My pup used to come home exhausted and happy after a full day of play but then was coming home anxious and with gi issues because she was crated for sometimes 3 hours or more at a time. We don’t choose daycare for her to be kenneled in a small cage. Many of her favorite 2 legged friends have left and the new staff is not nearly as engaging. We had, for over a year, standing reservations for Monday and Thursday daycare set up (indefinitely,) and all of a sudden our reservations are gone and they have no availability for 3 weeks. I was told it must have been a “computer glitch” which frankly was the final straw. I strongly suspect it is due to the fact I have
