Wowwxw cats needs the cat treat and oh wow yayy found cats the cat treat at the petsplave building. So cool n neat yup! Now cat got cat treat and eat cat treat and happy uhuh. This is a really nice PetSmart! Very friendly staff, clean store, well stocked, with a wide variety of items for all types of critters! They host adoptions for a cat rescue called For The Love of Cats Rescue and Adoption. Clean fish, animal, and reptile tanks. Healthy looking pets available. Big pet store!! Decent prices with good sales. This is also the only store I’ll buy crickets from for my geckos.

Customer service has become very poor. I felt this , it was confirmed when I heard others say the same. The older man at the register was awful to not only us, but also a man asking him a question about grooming. Though there was a sign on door saying walk ins for grooming available, there was no 1 there to do the grooming. The manger was rude too. We ran a transaction and card was approved- then reader timed out, went blank. The man told us we had to pay again, though we saw on our end a charge was processed when logging into bank account. He called the manager when we refused to pay again and she came over and took the bags from my hand without being willing to look at our bank account log - she said it declined!!!! The store feels well run with calm and helpful staff. We picked up 6 months of cat food and wild bird seed before ogling at the birds, reptiles, and fish. The employee there talked to us a little about the fish there as well as his own aquarium setup at home. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I liked the vibrant aquarium themes and structures as much as the fish themselves.

After 14 years, we will no longer be using this salon. Our elderly dog was refused service because a groomer didn't feel comfortable. At our previous grooming, they asked us if we could have her a bit sedated because she got a bit snippy around her face - never had we had to do this before (groomer issue or our dog?). So we did as we were told this time out and when we brought our sleepy dog in, they refused service. Not worth our 20 minute drive.
