I really didn’t want to post this, but I feel like people do need to know. I’m new to the area and have been here twice the first time and the second time my dog saw a groomer named Michelle the first time she left scratches on my dogs face. He’s a mini poodle and he gets shaved down on the lowest setting. I understood that they were small scratches and maybe he was moving so I just made sure today when I dropped him off for his grooming appointment to remind them that she scratched his face last time and to be a little bit more cautious. So when I get there to pick him up today, she’s telling me that there would be no charge because she accidentally cut him. She also told me that she saw that he had some fleas and she took it upon herself to give him a flea dip which I did appreciate and

**Updated Post** I have been a customer for 3 years & I was completely shocked when my puppy and I were treated so nasty! When I arrived they advised me that the groomer was in the back with a client (Unnecessary lie) however, the groomer no longer works here. After the NEW groomer finished with my dog, my puppy was limping on 2 paws and I was advised I had to pay full price for service. After getting home I notice my dog biting on herself a lot! My dog also got fleas from waiting in the holding cell that they hold the dirty dogs in also. I will no longer be returning customer! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I saw the reviews and decided to give them a call. The price isn’t high. So I made an appointment. Had a great cut here! Everyone was very nice. My golden mix is 14 years old and his fur does not always come in very nicely. They were able to make him look wonderful! He looks like a puppy again and we love it! We got an appointment in a timely manner and they had very reasonable prices. I am so grateful I found Lakeside. They love animals, know what they are doing and it shows.

Cat owners be careful! I’ve never had issues with this place before but I took my long haired cat in for a simple trim on her neck, butt and nail clip. I picked her up and took her home just to see they cut her whiskers!! I was so upset, I feel so bad for her. And her chest trim is so mangled.

Bailey had his first appointment today and loved everyone. He looks and smells amazing. He is terrible about getting his nails done but they handled him perfectly. He will now be a regular with a standing appointment every few weeks. Special thank you to Tiffany for taking such good care of him and me. Lol
