Brought my cat in for an ER visit sunday evening. On the phone was told an emergency appointment is $275 then additional for whatever treatment is needed. After being seen for a max of 10 minutes, no labs, imaging, or anything crazy THANK GOODNESS I was told he has a UTI and needs antibiotics but the doctor pushed for me to do 2 bottles (about 20 days worth) to ensure the uti is gone. I get to the register and was informed that I owe $328. For meds?!? NOPE! Roughly $200 was for the meds the remaining $102 was for the visit fee. Wait I thought that visit fee was $275 and paid over the phone! Yup thats what I thought too but no. They charge $102 for the visit but $275 additional just as an extra emergency fee but they wont tell you that on the phone. Moral of the story be ready to spend an a

On 01/01/26, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog Rayder down. He was 12½ years old and woke up unable to move and barely able to breathe. Our regular vet was closed, and Button Brand Veterinary Clinic was the only emergency option available. Because Rayder was very large and in severe pain, we could not transport him out of town. We called and asked if someone could come to our home to assess him and let us know if it was time to let him go. When they arrived, they were late, showed little compassion, and did not examine him or explain anything. They immediately proceeded with the euthanasia without taking time to speak with us or show empathy during an incredibly emotional moment. The interaction felt rushed and transactional, as if the priority was payment rather t

Treat your fur babies like family, yea right. The assistant dropped my sick cat on the floor. Then I had to call and find out that my cat that I bottle feed had passed away during the night. At 10 o'clock in the morning. They asked what I wanted done with the carcass. You don't tell people that about there babies that they raised from two weeks old. He was my baby, my kid. That was cooled and heartless. And the only one that said they were sorry was the receptionist at the time. I should have not left him there after that assistant dropped him on the floor. I should pick him up and taken him up the Mountain to a different vet. Who would have done more for him then just give him a shot and put him in a cage

The Dr talked to me onto proper ways to control my Italian Mastiffs! He also introduced me a dog teacher to get help from after trying for a couple years myself. And there I met the nice lady Kathy from Kitty City. She is very helpful. Will be visiting them much more.. Thank you very much!

This place is such a scam. Our Pyrenees needs one tooth pulled, button brand originally said over $300 JUST TO SEE HER, then we was like yeah hell nah we going somewhere else then they called back and said $100 just to see her and $200 ish to pull the tooth so we made an appointment the next day. Well today at the appointment out of nowhere they upped the price to $700 due to needing blood work and all these other tests before they can pull one tooth… y’all out y’all minds and why didn’t they say that originally before the appointment instead of wasting our time! Unprofessional and unreasonably priced. No wonder y’all got so many BAD reviews smh.
