Given the pricing relative to the area’s cost of living, we expected a higher level of client engagement. We were grateful to receive a same-day appointment when our cat needed urgent evaluation. We agreed to all recommended diagnostics, including an emergency exam fee and in-house bloodwork, with no dispute to the medical plan provided. However, the experience lacked collaboration and follow-through. The visit felt rushed, and a treatment care plan was not provided until the following day despite emergency-level fees. I’ve been bringing my pooch here since early 2021. Over the years Dr. Leslie, Dr.Turner and team have always been very accommodating and caring when handling my pet as he transitioned into the senior stage of his life, and I am so grateful for that. My pet was always excited to come here and the environment was always very positive and clean. Unfortunately we had to leave them due to relocating, but I will always recommend this clinic.

I'm very new to the area, had a small altercation at the bark Park. My chihuahua mix needed to be seen by A veterinarian. Leslie, animal clinic available the day I called. Very impressed with the office and the veterinarian! Not only was the office very clean, well staffed. It was very comfortable. Everyone was soft-spoken and comforting to my very upset baby.

The staff and service at Leslie's Animal Clinic is second to none. We've taken our dogs there for normal checkups as well as significant issues and they have always done everything they can to help make our pets and us feel better. They are compassionate and caring and I highly recommend them to anyone that loves their pets and wants a vey clinic that does too!

These people were about to take almost eight hundred dollars from me to clean my dog's ears.That's right.And when I found out that they're gonna take that much away from me, I only paid for my services which was two hundred.And four dollars, and they told me to have a nice day and left me with no antibiotics or anything to show 42 hundred.And four dollars. I went down the street to ark animal hospital.They took me in in the heartbeat.The man was working with my dog was able to look down her ears and tell me what was wrong with them.Prescribe me antibiotics, and it was only a hundred and thirty dollars.I will show you my bill at the bottom.And you will see that ark only charged me a hundred and thirteen dollars.I think they literally took care of me better than the person who took $204 from
