I’ve never been to a tractor supply store but boy was I surprised. From the name I thought there would be things relating to trailers and tractors but my mind was BLOWN! They sell kayaks, clothing, shoes, farm supplies and snacks, items for cleaning your farm animals, pet food and supplies, and other gardening equipment. I also saw some ducklings which was very different for this city slicker. Talking to another customer they also sell chicks. WHAT!! I didn’t purchase anything as I was looking for a shelf. But I did see one of the associates helping an older gentleman with a battery issue. The gentleman wasn’t sure if the battery in stock would work on his equipment. They were different brands. The associate opened the package, provided battery to the customer with instructions and apparen

Every time I come for propane they have a reason why there's no propane. They need to hire someone that wants to work. And not have only 1 person who can get propane for you. He didn't feel good today so didn't come in. Last time he went home at noon because he had a headache.

I spoke to 2 TSC staff members in Alamogordo and they went above and beyond to help me find an item that unfortunately was sold out across our state. They took the time to listen and actually help, which meant so much!

Employee Katrina was very helpful, knowledgeable & had a outstanding attitude,she is amazing & cares about her customers,such people make a huge difference in the retail world!!!

Went in there to buy some dog food, it was later on a weekday night. Nobody in the store. Dude at the register says nothing to me. I get the food and hand it to him, he scans it and then leaves it over by him right by the scanner. He doesn’t pass it over to me by the card reader after he scans it he leaves it right by the scanner, purposely. I put in my pin and then I have to walk back to him to get the food. He just watched me do this. He didn’t say a word. Afterward there was no thanks or have a good night. Just weird, awkward silence. As I am walking out of the store, a lady walks in and he says Welcome to Tractor Supply! And was as friendly as could be. It would have taken zero energy or effort to articulate in any way that he appreciated the fact that I bought something from the stor
