Everyone friendly and very helpful. I have 10 AKC registered Herman Shepards. I would not trade one of them. All my babies are very protective and great dogs. Poor old Princess is done having puppies this will be here last litter Took her to Er to make sure she had no more puppies. Fantastic place a awesome staff very kind and helpful

So glad I have an opportunity to express how grateful I am and impressed with my experience with this animal hospital. The tech was very thorough and explained what would take place. My friend and I both were very impressed with the vet. She took the time to sit and explain her diagnosis and what treatment she recommended. We both felt an immediate sense of trust with the doctor. Jake is such a special boy. He is home sleeping soundly. Thank you all for caring for my Jake.

I've taken numerous pets here for years now and have always felt we were in excellent hands. I remain particularly impressed with their input [finally] getting diagnoses for a few of my rescues with very complex or potentially deadly chronic illnesses like immune-mediated thrombocytopenia and stage 4 collapsed trachea in my beloved chihuahua rescue. Both death sentences in many cases. We've been fortunate enough to make it years now, with high quality of life, due to the ER's discoveries, medication regimen and specialist referrals for ongoing care. Thank you, always.

Burleson Animal ER went above and beyond for our family during one of the most difficult and heartbreaking moments of our lives. The greatest team of doctors and technicians cared for Thor with such compassion, professionalism, and kindness. When the time came to say goodbye, they gave us grace, patience, and understanding. They showed genuine empathy and even allowed Thor’s housemates to come in with our family so everyone could say goodbye. That meant more to us than words can express. We are incredibly grateful for the love, dignity, and care they showed Thor and for the support they gave our family during such an emotional time. Thank you for treating him like family.

Would come back again. Very friendly, got our dog in right away and took good care of him. Some of the staff were a little unsure about things when it came to after care instructions and told us to look online but nothing we couldn'tfigure out. But it didn't work unfortunately. We would also recommend having some muscle there to help with big dogs. Its very hard when the big pups are very seriously injured:( Just happy they took care of our big baby! We still have some follow up visits but are confident they will get him normal again. Thank you!
