Bond Vet - Upper West Side at 91st Street

I’ve only had great experiences here with my 2 cats, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very kind and you can tell these people love animals. One thing I really appreciate is that before the appointment ends, they show you a break down of costs for services, tests, bloodwork, etc before moving forward with those services. I get results back and they have been looked at by a doctor in a timely manner. My cats are always so well behaved when they are there, and while it’s never fun to take pets to the vet I know they are in good hands.

We’ve had only good experiences with Bond vet for both of our dogs. They were wonderful when we had to unfortunately put down our oldest, but offered so much compassion and reassurance, walked us thru the process of what to expect, so I couldn’t imagine a better experience for such a sad event. Our other pup has terrible anxiety with vet visits, and their whole staff are always so patient and understanding with her. Always friendly and curious, from check-in to check-out. They review pricing prior to any treatments which is nice. They typically also have same day appts or walk-ins which is especially nice compared to needing an emergency vet for a sick puppy. Highly recommend!

I took my dog to the vet yesterday for my first time since my usual vet was closed. It was a really bad emergency because my dog was limping and wasnt able to walk. Im happy for the first time visits because its free so that helped me out but when i told the doctor my thoughts of him having an ear infection they took him to the back to see if he did have one and they told me that he has an anomaly in his ear and they couldn’t take it out. Im happy they didn't charge me because we left with no medicine and my dog was still feeling sick. Today i went to my Original vet and he told me that my dog has a really bad ear infection! So now he needed Penicillin, ear Antibiotics, and an antibiotic shot, which i could have gotten yesterday from bon vet so my dog wont suffer but they told me wrong Inf

Best Bond Vet I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredible, Dr. Amanda DeCruccio is deeply compassionate and kind, overall so impressed. This is not the closest Bond Vet to my family and we will continue to come here because everyone is so amazing. Thank you so much.

I’m not going to lie, Bond is a bit pricey. With that being said, I continue to go there because the care they put into each visit is unmatched. I have an old senior cat who has a few health complications, but they always ensure that they handle him with care, gentleness, and compassion. I have only had positive experiences at Bond. They sit down with you and lay out every single charge, why, and what you want to edit in terms of what services they will perform BEFORE performing them, which gives clarity always. Thank you Bond for caring for my little man. He means the world to me, and I know hes always in good hands.
