Bond Vet - Financial District

I am writing this with a heavy heart after having to euthanize my 14-year-old dog, Lyla, following a deeply frustrating experience with Bond Vet. We took Lyla into the FiDi location last Thursday for a paw issue. During the visit, she had an adult blood panel and a Lepto vaccine, totaling $500. While the vet seemed attentive and noted a heart murmur—which was surprising as no previous vet had ever mentioned it—the follow-up care was non-existent. I dropped off a urine sample on Friday and specifically asked to expedite the results because Lyla’s health seemed to be declining rapidly after the visit. Our puppy, Bubbles, got sick during our vacation due to change in food, and we had a great experience with Bond Vet. The team took excellent care of her and did everything they could to make sure she felt better. The front desk staff was especially wonderful she kept us updated throughout the visit and made sure Bubbles was doing okay. We’re very grateful for the care and kindness. Thank you!

We have two dogs that use Bond Vet and we are extremely happy with the care and services. The staff is super attentive and supportive, especially demonstrated when I wasn’t home and our dog had a sudden allergic reaction that caused his face to swell to more than double its normal size. My kids (ages 12 & 14) quickly took Chief to Bond Vet without an adult and the staff treated each of them with the same respect and care that they have consistently afforded me. I was not surprised but very grateful nonetheless. Regarding pricing, vet services are just pricey in the city; however, our Bond Vet in Fidi is open on the weekends and later into the evenings, which is a huge benefit. Plus, the staff is truly amazing (shout out to Amanda)!

Our dog is a patient of the Upper West Side Bond Vet location, which we love, but Sidney needed spayed, and those procedures are done down at this location. We were a little nervous dropping her off, but all went very well. The staff down here is just as great as the staff uptown. We couldn't recommend Bond Vet highly enough. They really care about your pet.

The staff at the front were so friendly and personable, I got a great vibe from the start. And Dr. Buchalter was the best vet I have ever been to. She looked over my senior cat like she was her own and was so thorough in caring for my Minnie and her issues. Cannot recommend her enough.
