★★★★★ 5.0 Jaxson’s Mom · Feb 2026

My dog Jaxson is my world, so having a trustworthy veterinary team is extremely important to me. Jaxson has been a patient at Bond Vet since he was just a few months old (everything from routine wellness to urgent needs… He’s now almost six years old!) Today we booked an appointment because my guy was having what looked like the beginning of an infection in a paw. While we love it at Bond Vet, Jaxson can get anxious in the way you’d expect your average Husky to. Through his anxiety and howls to the universe, the Bond Vet East Village team show patience, understanding and utmost care for my dog every single time. It makes for a pleasant experience and really warms this dog mama’s heart. Special shouts to Vet Tech Diana and Dr. Han for being absolutely amazing and so ridiculously helpful. Th

Me and my fur baby had such a wonderful experience at Bond Vet for our first visit today. Everyone is extremely warm & welcoming from being greeted at the front desk, to the vet assistant & the veterinarian herself. Dr. Shuttleworth is so caring & loving. She addressed all concerns I had and treated my fur baby with such love. So happy I found a place I can entrust with my fur baby. Thank you everyone!

Bond Vet was able to diagnose my kitten after having three consults elsewhere. Dr. Shuttleworth recognized almost immediately his condition and went into a treatment plan. She has been very good with keeping me informed every step of the way. The office staff is always pleasant and I know my fur baby is safe with them. Highly recommend!

We’ve been going to Bond Vet for awhile now and are always pleased with how well they take care of our dog. Recently she had to have a small procedure on her paw and we knew she was in great hands with Dr Han. Our dog, Nyla, is 14 years old so we were definitely nervous to put her under but prior to the surgery Dr Han spent a lot of time in the appointment with us explaining her recommendations and what to expect which put our minds more at ease. after the surgery she was also very communicative with us to check in. The surgery went great and stitched area healed nicely. Thank you Dr Han !

Very nice facility, but I do feel like the services are overpriced and it feels like everything is nickeled and dimed. I was in because I thought my dog had an ear infection - the vet said it didn’t look infected so I chose not to do the paid test to see if there was an infection (trusted her opinion so I could save about $100+), so after a hefty bill with no resolution, his ear got worse - I took him to a different vet who took one look at his ear, swabbed it, and diagnosed him with an ear infection - no expensive test needed. I was given antibiotics and ear solution for half the price I was charged at Bond Vet. The exam fees are also very expensive compared to other vet clinics in the area.
