Customer Reviews
I am not someone who writes scathing reviews, but pet owners deserve to be warned—so here is a long and deeply upsetting one. Avoid this veterinary clinic at all costs. You will pay premium prices only for your pet to be neglected. This place lacks clear communication, basic compassion, and any genuine concern for the animals in their care. Our 5lb Chihuahua had been behaving abnormally for about a week—pacing in circles, jumping, appearing panicked, hiding in corners, and barely able to eat. During a visit with Dr. Yoon last Saturday (who I had a positive experience with), an X-ray revealed an abnormally small liver. She explained this could indicate inadequate blood flow to the liver and impaired toxin clearance. We were advised to proceed with an abdominal ultrasound and bile acid tes
Wonderful! Super clean with a really supportive and caring staff. Everyone was so sweet to our little adopted kitty and patiently explained how to care for her and the pricing breakdown etc. You can tell they genuinely love their work and the pet families they help. Highly recommend!
Bond Vets model is hiring undertrained (and so cheaper to their bottom line) vets right out of school and providing them little apprenticeship to learn how to care for patients. As a result, this location (and its doctors) is unprofessional and does not treat dogs or their caretakers with respect. I would strongly advise against attending this location and Bond Vet altogether. They tack on unnecessary services for the sake of personal profit, and charge rates much higher than those of higher quality vets. Furthermore, they are incapable of quality diagnoses. They failed to diagnose an ear infection our dog had for 2 years, despite our continuous pleas that she did have an ear infection and it was not in fact allergies. Only after moving to a second opinion did we receive proper treatmen
Had my puppy Annabel spayed today at this location by Dr Yoon. We arrived 8:30 am and I picked her up at 1 pm. They were great, and gave puppy a Certificate of Bravery, which made my day! All went smoothly and done with care and expertise. Recommend highly
Dr. Halle Thomasch is wonderful! You can tell she really cares and she has a good vibe. She took her time in the appointment and I trust her opinion. I’ll definitely book with her again.
