I’ve been bringing my dogs to BluePearl for the past two years, and the staff and doctors have always been amazing. This weekend, our dog was in critical condition, and thanks to their incredible care, and getting him there when we did, his life was saved. It reminded me how much of a team effort it is: noticing when something’s wrong, acting quickly, and having such dedicated professionals ready to help. Emergency vet clinics can be a bit pricier than regular vets but they provide an essential and 24 hour resource. Also if you dont have an established vet, they welcome any pet. Ive utilized blue pearl skokie on multiple times under less than ideal conditions. Everytime ive received good advice, medical care I felt very confidant with and especially compassionate and caring team members. Anna at front reception was exceptional, both on the phone and in.person. Its a challenging position they balance with distraught pet owners not always being their best. I am grateful for blue pearl skokie and this current team. I certainly appreciate the care and compassion my pets (and myself) have received from them.

This is a case where 1 star is generous. We nearly lost our puppy due to misdiagnosis and poor recommendations: Our 11-week-old puppy started vomiting Monday morning, and I suspected a blockage. We brought him to Blue Pearl Skokie Monday afternoon after he couldn’t keep anything down. Despite my concerns about a blockage, they tested for parvo and told me he was positive - this was surprising given we are experienced dog owners, understand the risks for puppies, and have not left our house with him; as well, he had received his first vaccine round, and showed no parvo symptoms (everyone commented on how he was not presenting as a puppy with parvo). Skokie said their Northfield location had a cutting edge treatment for parvo, so we were transferred to Blue Pearl Northfield. As I continue

Dr. Fischbsch and staff were amazing with our little Shih Tzu who went into heart failure. He even brought a video to us so we can see she was resting. Thankfully she is doing better.
