I was referred by my vet to go to BluePearl for emergency care on a Saturday. I was relieved to know there was somewhere close by that was open 24/7. They compassionately cared for my little guy and explained in detail what was going on. Unfortunately, he was very ill and the decision was made to make him comfortable so that I could take him home to say goodbye and arrange for an in home euthanasia service. They even followed up with me with a phone call. I highly recommend them.

Our dog was suffering from Xylitol poisoning so we called before heading there. Immediately, they asked quick questions and helped me focus on getting there safe and fast. I was so comforted while on the way there before arriving, (even while I was under distress) letting us know that they were awaiting us and let us know the next steps. When we arrived, they treated our dog with so much care, and worked fast. They let us know the reality of the situation and also informed us that regardless of the fees, help was going to be offered with whatever we could provide. I took my dog, Ty because she was having some neurological issues some type of brain inflammation. Dr. Block and staff was great she listen to my concerns. She was able to prescribed medication, and so far 2 days later I’m seen improvement with my Dog. I definitely will recommend Dr.Block.

We brought our beagle Bud to Blue Pearl Johns Creek for ACL surgery, and couldn’t be happier with the service - everyone was so nice and supportive. Bud’s surgeon, Dr. Nelson, spent time explaining the surgery, recovery, necessary medications, and how best to help Bud recover. Would definitely recommend this team and Blue Pearl in general!
