Was quite a sad visit between the inadequate care for the reptiles, no lights on fish, and overgrown beaks on birds Reptiles had no uvb, heat rocks which are known to burn reptiles, incorrect set ups for the reptiles for sale and much more. Crested geckos with no foliage to hide in. Ferrets in tiny cages. Hedgehog with no proper heat or space to move around

This is the most horrific pet store I have ever seen in my life. The reptiles are in completely inhumane setups that are so dangerous and bare Im not sure how they're still alive. I left wanting to cry and so mad I didnt know what to do with myself. It not only smelled horrible but none of the animal setups were clean, they had over 10 rats in a single 10 or 20 gallon tank and a parrot that was screaming in distress the entire time. Overgrown beaks, extreme restlessness, and plucking feathers from ALL the bird setups (if you can even call them that). There is not a single animal I saw in that building that looked in good condition or even mildly cared for. There is nothing wrong with not selling animals in a pet shop. Took care of an issue I had and stood behind their product. Much appreciated. Also met with their in house vet and saved quite a bit of money on a procedure for my pup that another vet tried to charge me 6200 dollars for. The owner is a stand up guy. Will continue business with them.

Bearded died few days after purchasing. Bought all supplies from them. No compensation. No nothing. Just wow. Update. Stopped by recently and seen this. Was told it was stressed and “new” but nothing around him or in his enclosure is preventing the stress. He has the bare minimum. No hides no security. Just a food bowl, mat and rock. Smh! Oh and of course the enclosure size is too small. All around I’d steer clear of purchasing here even for feeders.. all the mice and rats are piled on top of each other. It’s just a bad look for all animals involved in the place.

Awful shops, couldn't get many pictures as employees were staring me down. Puppies in unfurnished kennels, lizards looking emaciated and dehydrated. Birds shoved in high numbers in cages together, no lights on fish tanks. Large birds in small cages. So much wrong here! Please don't support this store.
