The owner was extremely easy to work with great communication. Pricing was a great and overall my whole experience with BOE with amazing.

I am not happy about the misleading advertising for their sphagnum moss. It specifically states on their website and my receipt that it is long fiber Premier moss. What I received was Classic. That's is not what I wanted nor ordered, yet when I called about it they didn't seem too concerned. So much for customer satisfaction. I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered some cork bark branches, they came exactly as described, nice and large exactly what I wanted and they even threw in an extra branch for me. If you want high quality cork branches definitely look no further

Wanna know my experience? PERFECT! My state is next to the state the breeder resides in, so I opted to drive up and pick up a Williamsii gecko baby, last year. Meeting the breeder, reassured me that I was get a quality-bred animal, free of disease and parasites, & bred with the upmost care! Not only did the breeder “vet me” to insure that I would provide good care for his little one, but he printed out a thorough care sheet for me to take, gave me a small package of Pangea (he wanted to make certain that I had the proper food on hand), checked out the cage I had to make certain that the micro gecko couldn’t escape & sat with me to answer any questions, regarding care.
