1 star because its convenient to have somewhere i can self wash my dog but -10 stars for customer service for the employee insinuating that I took a brush. She didnt flat out accuse us but she made it known she knew it was in the wash room and now its not. Of course while I was checking out with another employee, she hollered that she found it but never apologized for insinuating that we stole it. I was so frazzled that I didn't make a big deal or discuss it further while I was checking out but that was incredibly shocking.

Took my newly adopted Lab for a bath. What a wonderful and helpful experience. They were so nice and helpful. Showed me how to work everything and made sure I had the right shampoo. Helloed me pick out traing treats and even tried to find the right toy for the pup. Highly recommend the Pet Planet at Cooley Station.

I loved the kindness and positive energy from the staff. I felt welcomed and acknowledged immediately upon entering the doors. I also saw a level of respect and cooperation between manager and employee, which is important for successful work relationships.

Clean store. Store Associates knowledgeable and clear communicators. Associates call to reserve food if dog eats Specialty Food. (Specialty Food sold here) Associates offer assistance carrying heavy items to vehicle.

Friendly and helpful. A good variety of products to choose from.
