Dr. Jeannine is so sweet to my fur babies and puts their health and wellness first! This vet office has always prioritized my animals when needed and are quick to respond. We are always greeted with such good, high energy every visit! Highly recommend!

I had absolutely no issues with Bestfriend for Years, until Christmas of this year. My cat , my Beautiful Queen was having anxiety issues and showing aggression sporadically. One minute she was fine the next very aggressive. My daughter took her to Queen’s appointment to get help for the situation- instead of Helping As Should Be The Job of the Vet—— they were absolutely NO HELP and made it seem like euthanizing her was the ONLY option because they wanted to send her home with Queen when she was completely aggressive/ in the end - when my daughter was Extremely upset- not in her right mindset, made a rash choice and signed Queen over to the Vet!!!! Mind you this is MY cat, our family cat that lives with my daughter who is over the age of 18, but who I love very much. I pay the vet bill. My

I had a really great experience today with the vet. All staff were so kind with my situation and my young children. I appreciate the honesty and the help. You can tell they’re really there to support the animal which is a blessing.

The staff were friendly when we arrived, the office was nicely laid out. The veterinarian and vet tech were so good meeting our large breed geriatric dog for the first time and worked with his fears. Check out in the room lowered the stress for everyone.

I was worried I would be walking into another vet that was just in it for the money, not only did they suggest pet and wallet friendly at home remedies but they gave my dog their full attention and were so kind when she was shy and didnt try to just drag her over like ive experienced in the past, Love this place!
