Bend Pet Express & Dog Wash

Dog rolled in something dead, slimy, and utterly disgusting this morning. The dog wash station here was open at 9am and able to immediately get us into a wash station with industrial strength soap. I'm so thankful for them - and the service was extremely affordable!

Incredible service. I went in needing help with my mini Aussies diet. She knew more about the breed than I did. Gave me free samples to try. I haven’t fed my dog the food yet but wanted to share my wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back and share!

We picked up the Spindrift No Pull Harness, made by this store in Bend. They are amazing and well thought out. We’ve had trouble fitting harnesses because of the deep chest on Poodle, but standard martingales would choke my youngest who is still a puller. The design of the spindrift harnesses gives so many points of adjustment they fit both of my poodles who have significantly different builds. And they work fabulously for communicating leash pressure without causing discomfort like others we’ve tried. Very happy with them so far, although the silky material does seem prone to a little snagging. I’ll have to keep an eye out how fast they wear down. Either way, we’ll probably just get another one because I’m they impressed!

The crew at Bend is always friendly and professional! And are so great with my Chihuahuas when I get their nails clipped!

Joe was the most helpful person I've ever experienced when it came to customer service. With that fact alone I'd definitely come back to buy more pet supplies
