Baseline Animal Hospital, Boarding, & Grooming

Horrible service. The dr was rude, think his name I starts with a Y, and I even heard him arguing with a receptionist at one point too. They went back and forth over a mistake of which the receptionist stated they were trying to make his life easier. Terrible energy all around. They told us we can come in as an appointment and then when we got there, they added a ridiculous charge that should’ve been explained, saying it was after hours. I guess the mistake was booking us and they tried to make us pay extra for it. Sad. UPDATE: I received a second opinion and they told me the complete opposite of what this place did and they didn’t need to sedate my dog to do their job. Comical. I’ve been bringing my pets to Baseline Animal Hospital for 11 years now. I appreciate that the staff not only treats me like family, but my pets as if they were their own. Dr.G is wonderful about explaining diagnosis and treatment and ensuring that any questions are answered. He’s backed by an incredible support staff, especially Stef, she’s the best!

I am grateful and thankful for Baseline Animal Hospital! After contacting my vet and explaining what I thought was a medical emergency and being told they were full and could not see us, I frantically began looking for an alternative option. That is when I came across BAH. I contacted them at 8:43am, explained the situation and they quickly offered me a 9:00am appt! Upon arrival the staff was kind and sensitive to our needs. Didn't take long for the Dr. to come and explain in great detail the diagnosis and treatment plan. A few hours later I called the office with questions and concerns. The staff and doctors both are very courteous and nice to our Precious one. They always inform us if he is due for any shots and necessary vaccines.

Friendly services, caring office staff that aren't pushy. They offer the best recommendations and most importantly, does what makes sense for our cats. I appreciate their open availability during the week. I dont feel a sense a stress wondering if I have to wait to see them. Overall, from my experiences, I highly recommend this animal hospital!
