Bark Avenue Pet Supply - Gilbert

I feed my GDS a raw diet and found Bark Avenue when I wanted to purchase pre-made raw food. Unfortunately, my boy has been diagnosed with CHF in 2025 and has lost a lot of weight, so again I had to change his diet. I stopped getting Louie professionally groomed due to his heart condition. Since the Gilbert location has bathing stations, I started bathing him myself to relieve the stress. The employees are so wonderful and make me feel welcomed with Louie being loved. I am greatful for all the options Bark Avenue Pet Supply has for our beloved family member.

I love this shop! It's seriously your one stop shop! The staff is truly amazing! They are very helpful and so friendly and knowledgeable! You can order online and pick up in store, which is very helpful and saves time. We are frequent customers! Oh ya they also have a fantastic loyalty program!

I love the self wash station so much!! It makes bath time for my dog so easy and less stressful for both me and my dog! I also love that all of the treats and food this store carries are healthy and high quality. I've been going here for a while and Esperanza is so kind every time we come in. She always greets us with a smile and remembers my dog, making sure to always give her lots of love and pets! My dog used to be nervous with baths but she loves going to Bark Avenue to see the staff and doesn't mind getting a bath because of the positive experiences!

The self service dog wash is 10/10. The price includes a wash station, with walls tall enough they can’t see other pets while they get a bath and a small door you can lock. Also, access to shampoo, conditioner, brushes, ear cleaner/wipes, towels, pet dryer and some smell good leave in conditioner spray and an apron for the pet parents to avoid getting wet. The staff was very kind and they have discounted prices during the week and if you bring 2 pets they often times for discounted prices as well. I will be back!

First time here for a self wash for my dog 🐕 I love the private stall and all the tools you need to wash your 🐶 I used their brush and scrubber for deep cleaning. They have a good assortment of shampoos but I brought my own shampoo. They even had towels! Will definitely be back again with my furry friend ❤️
