Bark Avenue Boarding & Grooming

I am new in town and have a very shy girl. Scared of well EVERYTHING. It was even cloudy and light rain when I drop her off. This place loved her and pampered her and she looks and feels and smells AMAZING! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! They even took time to make sure i was okay. 😁 Its hard leaving her somewhere new even for just a few hours. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! P.S. the prices are awesome as well! I have been a loyal and respectful client of Bark Avenue for a couple of years- frequent visits, generous tips and referrals. What I experienced during one of the most devastating weeks of my life was deeply hurtful and completely unprofessional. While an immediate family member was passing, I boarded my Doberman at Bark Avenue, as I had many times before and a couple of weeks earlier. At drop-off we asked if she could be given a quick bath before pickup (as they do not do a complimentary one). The employee that morning said they would check and see if it was possible. I followed up with a kind, early morning call the day of pick up as I had not been notified one way or the other. I was hopeful they were able to do it. We’ve used Bark Avenue for 7 years with three different dogs and a cat. Their rates are fair and they treat our animals wonderfully. One dog is super chill and loves playtime with other dogs. Other dog is not so friendly, but loved walking around outdoors for exercise. The other dog was small with lots of pills/health problems and grooming needs but they accommodated for him every time and he had a great stay. I like that they can put the dogs together so they don’t get lonely. I’ve never worried about any of my animals in their care. Grooming services have been great for all three dogs. They always come home tired and happy. Only complaint is that they do such a good job, you might need to book out in advance for at least grooming but they have been able to accommodate us on boarding o

Terrible. Manager Kathy was very rude when we were picking up our dog the other week. They really should have someone more professional in a manager position. I will be taking my business elsewhere and actively not recommending them to others.

Took my dog for a groom and they did a good job. He looks very nice and was only there for maybe 3 hours versus all day when I take him somewhere else. Pricing is also reasonable
