Banfield Pet Hospital

Took my pup in normally good experiences but had one doctor that decided they wanted to talk down, insult me, and offered subpar care for my pup. I really wish I could remember that doctors name. Because the level of arrogance and lack of respect is a true disappointment as normally I have good experiences here. I’ve spoken to a Manager at the Seattle location regarding this incident and they said they’d look into it but apparently it makes me look bad in my pets file.

Horrible experience! What started as a normal visit turned into a nightmare the moment I signed up for their so-called “wellness plan” for my cat. The entire clinic feels like a scam. Everything seemed fine at first, but after enrolling in their plan, I realized they’re using it as a way to overcharge and mislead pet owners. It’s clear they are abusing the system for profit. I was charged for services I didn’t agree to, given expired medication for my cat and treated with complete disrespect when I raised concerns. This is not just unprofessional it’s dangerous and unethical.

I do bring my dogs in for their check ups and pay a monthly fee but I feel good about they are open 7days a week. If I move to another state all the paperwork is online at each petsmart store. I can't afford huge bills also so this helps a lot.

They are great for our dog and the wait is normally minimal. They really listen to us and it has helped our rescue dog glow up so well!

Banfield always served my dogs so well. I went through a bad experience in Mill Creek location twice with the doc, besides that the front desk girls are amazing. Always happy, ready t helps, to answer questions. Banfield in woodinville are 100%! From now on I will only take my dogs there.
