I want to specifically recognize Yani at the Banfield location off Retail Drive. After a very frustrating experience at another location earlier that morning, Yani completely turned things around for us. Yani took the time to do a root cause analysis to understand what went wrong with our appointment, showed genuine compassion for the inconvenience we experienced, and handled everything with professionalism and care. She rescheduled our appointment seamlessly and even waived our new membership fee as a courtesy. Her kindness, accountability, and problem-solving skills made a stressful situation feel manageable and restored our confidence in Banfield. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. So far, so good! This site has been my dogs’ vet for almost three years, and I am very satisfied every time. I feel safe leaving my dogs there!

Called banfield to get a nail clipping for my dog. Lady on the phone said rabies vaccine is coming due in a month. I said okay sure we can do that too. Schedule it out a week because I didnt want to do a drop off and new it would be quick. Got to banfield, they had no idea I had an appointment, no notes in the system except "drop-off". Whoever I spoke with on the phone is an absolute worthless employee and the staff couldn't have handled it worse. Not to mention, my $20 nail cut that I had originally wanted to book turned into a $200 office visit. Screw this place. Do not trust them with your pet. They will do anything to scam you Go to petco for grooming if its near you or literally anywhere else.

Banfield is in my opinion the bestest animal place to take your pet for care or about anything your pet needs. They let you know when it’s time for you to take care of your pet so they keep current on your pets needs. Weather they need nails trimmed, vaccinations or a little dental care. Amy and her Co Worker Bre were great with check in and answering all my concerns. Amy use to work with my babies and remember them by name and myself after 12 years. Dr. Andres is hands down the best! She explains everything in terms we can understand. This was my 1st time with the Breed. She worked me into the schedule because we missed our drop off time. She called us 5 times about everything she noticed and then they took time when we arrived at closing to explain everything about Babe Ruth!
