Dr. Katherine and her entire staff were absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and truly compassionate. They listened carefully and understood very clearly what was happening with my dear Hannah, my tiny 13-month-old Shiba Inu, who had been experiencing diarrhea symptoms for about three days. Their evaluation, recommendations, and treatment plan worked quickly, and Hannah improved in a very short time. She is now fully recovered and back to her happy, energetic self. I’m pup sitting my best friend’s dog and took him to this vet clinic. He had a brief assessment and nails trimmed. The staff are kind, compassionate and respectful to my fur nephew! Great prices! Thank you Bangield!

They took such great care of our Nugget when he was sick a few months ago. They were very caring, and it's clear they love animals. When our sweet boy passed away at home on March 8th, they were so kind to us. We brought him in and they let us have a room with him to say goodbye and gave us those final, special moments with him. We picked up his ashes yesterday, they had the candle lit and in his bag was a card that all of the Banfield workers had signed for our sweet Nuggy boy. They also saved the blanket we brought in with him and held it for us to pick up with him. I didn't anticipate getting that back and it was such a special surprise. Nothing will fill the hole in our hearts, but their extra care and love was felt and it is appreciated more than I can even express in words.

6/24/2025 ANOTHER 5 STAR REVIEW BROUGHT MULAN IN TO SEE OUR FAVORITE VETERINARY CLINIC, BANFIELD! MEREDITH GREETED US WITH A SMILE AND WEIGHED MULAN FOR ME! JORDAN WAS ARE FAVORITE VET ASSISTANT AND TOOK CARE OF MAMA AS MUCH AS SHE DID MULAN!! DR. PRATHER DID AN AWESOME JOB TAKING CARE OF ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, I JUST LOVE ALL MY LADIES AT BANFIELD! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND EXPERTISE!!!! We love everyone at Banfield!!! We love Dr. Prather! She is amazing with pups and mom! Alexis was our vet tech today and she was great as well! They answer all my questions and help me understand the problems and what needs to be done.

I've been using Banfield Clinic for my fur babies for over 15 years and I have a LOT of dogs. They are always quick to get me in in an emergency and treat my fur babies like family. I love that they are open 7 days a week and you can (most of the time) get same day appointments. I use their Wellness plan on all of my babies and find it to be a great benefit and WELL worth the cost. Especially if you have an accident prone goofball like I do.
