Banfield Pet Hospital

We took our beautiful kitty there Saturday afternoon. He hadn't been eating or drinking in almost a week and was vomiting. We had him at his regular vet on Friday for treatment but he wasnt improving. The vet at Banfield offered us some diagnostic options but since he was older and had health issues we decided to help him across the rainbow bridge. This facility and its staff was so nice and so comforting. I would definitely recommend them. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion.

We had to help our beloved Queen Sassy cross the rainbow bridge today. The staff was so kind and affirming on the most horrible day ever. Three of us came with her and they gave each of us a keepsake to remember her by. The tech and the vet asked gentle and important questions about her condition, affirmed that we made the right choice for her, explained everything to us, and gave us as much time as we needed. We can’t thank you all enough for the compassion you showed us and our little Queen.

My favorite Pittsburgh area Banfield. Everyone is so nice and loves on our dogs. Vets explain everything in a way that is easy to understand and are so compassionate. We've been to a handful of Banfields in the area and I'm so happy this is now our home location (We are OWP members for 3 dogs)

Have never had issues with Banfield Monroeville. The entire staff from greeter to veterinarian are always super friendly, helpful, and loving to my pet. When my Dawn passed, they sent me a card with everyone's signatures. They have me as a customer still with my two new dogs and we plan to stay with them. Thanks everyone!

I didn’t get a good vibe coming in there so I was doubtful. But after the doctor lied on the invoice, she gave me. I was right about my instincts. The monroeville, Banfield, office personnel or standoffish and not forthcoming at all like when you go to a private veterinary . I’ll be taking my babies to a private vet where I know they’ll be taken care of and I won’t be lied on.
