We faced the incredibly difficult decision to put our boy to rest today. The staff at Blue Pearl was so kind and compassionate. Their care and gentleness made this very difficult time just a bit easier. I found their emergency services prices reasonable. We are very blessed to have this pet ER in our community, and even more so, this incredible staff. Thank you to the Dr and care team that were there 2/20/26 to help us say goodbye to our Wilson.

I took a rescue stray cat to the Monroeville Blue Pearl Urgent Care on a Sunday to check on his injured front foot and his general health. I was able to walk in with no appointment. They were friendly, welcoming and straightforward about the cost. I knew the price of everything and was able to approve it before it was done. The cost was a little more expensive than a primary vet, but not excessive, and they truly cared about both the cat and the person bringing him in to be seen. I’m happy with the experience and I recommend Blue Pearl veterinary urgent care!

Our dog, Sammy had blood in her urine. She was seen right away. The doctor was very transparent about the prices of the various diagnostics and explained what they were and why they were important. I did pay $800, but I know that this is urgent care and I made the choice to have the tests run to try to solve the issue.

I can’t say enough good about this place! The front desk, tech and doctor were all so amazing! They kept me informed of costs for everything… which I appreciated so much! The only thing I ran into was when I inquired about the care credit… I was told it would take up to 7 days to be approved and I had to pay my visit in full that day. I asked if I could apply on line and they gave me a QR code and told me that it still would take days to be approved. I tried anyway and was approved on the spot with an account number! So it all worked out!
