Mackenzie is an enthusiastic and thorough trainer. My puppy and I had such a positive experience during our sessions with Mackenzie, and she gave us all the insight and skills we needed to achieve a well-behaved puppy. Scheduling appointments with Mackenzie is easy, whether it be through her website or email. I loved the convenience of Mackenzie doing training sessions at our home, and have the opportunity to participate in group classes.

Aside from being a master of her craft, the best part about Mackenzie...is Mackenzie. She really has a way about putting everyone and everything around her at ease. She helped with our dogs behavior issues following their adoption, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend her personalized services.

We hired Mackenzie for “Sleep Over Care” for our two dogs, (a Teddy Bear dog and a deaf Boxer). Mackenzie followed our established routine, and reinforced it, while we were away for a week. The best gauge of how wonderful she is would be that our dog can sense which day Mackenzie is coming and will race from window to window in our home all morning trying to get a glimpse of her coming - she is that excited to see her.
