As soon as we got our sweet pup, we wanted to make sure she was properly socialized with other dogs, so once she was fully vaccinated, we brought her to doggy day camp. They told us she was shy at first & to keep bringing her so that she’d come out of her shell. We brought her back a month later and they remembered her and told us how much she had improved… that was almost 2 years ago. She loves doggy day camp so much, she gets excited whenever we get into the parking lot & doesn’t even look back at us lol. She comes home absolutely exhausted and the workers always remember her, no matter how long it’s been since we’ve taken her. I wanted to give a shout out to Dom the best groomer at PetSmart in Monroeville. He is hands down the most compassionate, loving and attentive groomer I have ever dealt with. I have been taking my dog here since she was a young pup and is now 2 years old. When we tell her she is going to see Dom not only does she run to do the door, she can't wait to get inside to see him. We are always greeted like family and not just a customer. We love Dom and we want to share our experience with all of you. If you have not seen Dom yet... Make sure you go in and meet him. I promise you... You will not be disappointed. I absolutely love the staff of the store and pet hotel but this was my first time getting my boy groomed here and they gave him a hack job when I requested a teddy bear cut. He also did not dry properly so it left an odd smell. Very disappointed

This was my 1st time using this Petsmart. I prov8ded a picture. I got my small dog groomed. Suzy H was terrible. Her attitude was terrible. I have a white dog with tear stains. I've been getting him groomed a long time. I know what a freshly groomed face looks and smells like. Photos 1&2 show Petsmart 6/1/25. Third photo shows groomed in the past by another place. I expressed to the manager I was not happy with his face. He said grooming was not his expertise, therefore we went to speak with Suzy. She was condescending, as if I don't know that tear stains can't be removed easily, and as though that were the problem. He looked and smelled as if nothing was done to his face. Worst money I spent on a groom. Don't use them for the manager's response and a groomer that looks as if she hates h

Dom is absolutely incredible!! Took both of my dogs for baths and he went the extra mile with both!! Not only is he a great groomer but he's a really nice person. So kind and you can tell he really cares. I would 100% recommend him and will be back specifically for him!!
