Banfield Pet Hospital

I have been taking my schnauzers to the Lexington location since it opened. I couldn't be happier with the level of genuine love, care and compassion they show to their animals. I have always received great customer service before during and after their appointments with follow up calls. Great place!

The staff at Lexington Banfield is fantastic my dog loves coming to see them. He loves all the attention he gets while there they address all my concerns and help me with getting the right care for him. I would recommend this Banfield for anyone looking for a caring vet.

Stay away! I now have to call a lawyer because Bridget illegally scanned my dog for a microchip! There was never a consent signed. Under law, that is an illegal medical procedure. She was there for vaccinations and have her ear and mouth looked at. I also wanted her to have a heartworm test that didn't happen because they want her to come back for dental work and said the test would take to long today. I have dealt with many Banfield Vet clinics from TX to SC, and they are all the same. There are so many reputable clinics that there is no reason anyone should have to go to a Banfield Clinic!! I literally went there on a recommendation, never again.
