Love, LOVE the staff here and the excellent care all my babies receive. I’ve been coming here for 15 plus years for all of my pets, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so kind, and all the vets have been amazing. Highly recommend!!

We have used Banfield for a couple years now. Each visit I feel like my cats get great care and attention and we save soooo much money by paying for their wellness plans. I have never paid over $200 for a visit (I have 3 cats). The staff has always been great and they even worked with us on a very particularly challenging situation, where my cat had been lost for a whole year and we found him and had to get him all cleared to fly so we could come get him because we had moved states. Insane customer service and perks from using Banfield as your primary vet. Thanks Banfield!

Knowledgeabl, Fast, efficient, Fun, and Caring Staff make taking my my best friend to see the doctor’s so much easier, fun and friendly! Not to mention the most wonderful Doctors to trust your pet to in their time of need, no matter the need! On your way in, or out you can stop and get pet supplies as well as see you’re local groomers for a cut and a fluff!!! The fun thing is you get to bring you best friends with you!!! What a better place there could be? Bring the family and make and afternoon of it and even give yourself and your best friend a lesson. It can help you both and those around you and your pet!!! I have had such a good experience with Banfield vet services at my local Petsmart! I wish I’d been using them much sooner. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, profesional and so good with my pets. And their prices are much more fair than the previous vets I’ve been using in the past several years. They also don’t have to schedule months in advance, which is another problem I’ve had at my previous vets offices. I haven’t had a pet that needed to be spayed in many years and so I was worried about the care of my pet and the cost, but their process really eased my stress! Their Wellness Plans are a really great option, too, and help to both keep costs lower but also to spread out the cost over the year.
