We've been very happy with services here which is why we keep coming here and made it our home location. unfortunately the phone call I received was less than impressive. The last person I spoke to setting up an appointment I had both of my dogs coming in at the same time one of them is getting a shot and the other for a comprehensive exam they just called to confirm and for some reason they have them at different times I'm not sure why or how that happened but but that's a problem you guys have to figure out. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I booked a teeth cleaning appointment for my dog a month and a half in advance, scheduled for 8:00 am. I dropped my dog off on time at 7:55 am and I received a call at 1:00 pm saying they were just about to start. At 3:00 pm they informed me they couldn’t work on my dog because they had prioritized other dogs ahead of ours. I live 50 minutes away with a pregnant wife and had managed my time, and other appointments, expecting this to be done by 5:00pm the latest. My dog was left fasting all day, hadn’t been walked for 7 hours, and was kept in a cage for absolutely no reason. Ironically when I went to pick my dog up they asked if I wanted to reschedule. 1st time in excellent customer service, nice and communicative. The Dr. Negron was very detailed in explaining the exams and medication she was sending home with my dog. The wellness plan they have to offer is awesome, especially for preventative maintenance on your pet!
