Excellent!! The staff was very nice caring, friendly and helpful. The staff is what stood out the most for me. These people weren't just being nice because it was their job these people were nice because it's who they are as a person. They hired a exceptional staff. I will forever recommend them, I have already on Facebook and Friends have documented my feedback for future reference for their animals. I give them 10 Stars instead of five. I highly recommend. Thank you to the staff at the location of Monroeville Pennsylvania on the evening shift of March 6th 1926 and taking care of Willow the little Blue Heeler.

I understand my wait was long because my dog was not critical emergency. Avets got her back as soon as possible. They offered me snacks and got a blanket for my dog. My tech that I got Cheyenne was amazing she was with my baby every step of the way. She explained everything in detail to me. Dr. Peery was very informative and took great care of my puppy and followed up with me after my pup came home. So thank you to the whole team of AVETS.

Was very pleased with the veterinary care team. Our wait was reasonable, test were preformed quickly and received a call from the veterinarian within hours. We were given a poor diagnosis of cancer but we discussed a treatment plan and our baby was discharged with medication to keep her comfortable and to maintain the best quality of life we can hope for until we have to make that dreadful decision. Thankful to have a 24/7 emergency clinic in our community.

I brought my senior cat in for an emergency decline in his health, and then unfortunately had to bring him back a couple weeks later to be euthanized. Every single person I interacted with at Avets, from the front desk person, to the vet tech, to the entry tech and the vet were all incredibly kind and understanding at both appointments. I’ve never had to put down a pet before, and this was only my second trip to an emergency vet. The reviews on this place are overwhelmingly negative considering my experience and the outcome I had with my sweet boy. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They had excellent bedside manner and I didn’t have a long wait either time despite it being late on a Sunday night, which I imagine is a busy day for them. I hope I don’t ever have to recommend this place to

Avets were caring and very on top of things when we had an emergency with our lab. He was almost dead from having his airway cut off. They took care of him immediately and kept us informed all along the way. Great Staff, Great Drs, compassion and professionalism. Our guy has made a full recovery!
