I love Arrow! ❤️ I'm so glad they moved to Blue Pearls place by IKEA. That's fantastic! It's a fabulous place to go if you're not sure if it's an emergency. Unfortunately for us it was, Ollie needed overnight care and surgery. Dr. Buleke(spell) called around and found the spot in Shoreline that had EVERYTHING he needed! He even saved us money telling us to wait for the ultrasound at the 2nd place. No need doing it twice! Ollie ended up having hus stomach open, a toy removed from his intestine, his SPLEEN removed due to a tumor and stones removed from his bladder!!! Four cuts for my little best boy. It was scary but he made it!!! The one photo is of all the cloth toys I through away! No squeaky toys w/o supervision bc this is his 2nd bowel/toy obstruction!!!

I brought my dog in because he had a bite wound on his head that he had managed to reopen. It was near end of day on a Friday, but the staff got us in and were able to get him fixed up. We were discharged 10 minutes prior to close. The staff treated us very well. Reception was kind and informative, the intake was thorough and professional. I felt that my dog would be in good hands and that they cared about him. Another benefit is the discharge instructions and communication was very thorough and clear. I am impressed!

We had a very good experience with Arrow today. Our Bernese Mtn Dog was suffering an allergic reaction and they got us in quickly to assess the situation. The check-in staff was very pleasant and you could tell from the interactions with the various pet owners that it was a class act. The wait time was not too bad considering it was a walk-in clinic and Saturday morning. Both the intake nurse and the Vet who attended to our dog were gentle and caring. We followed their advice and our dog is already showing improvement. We extend a heart felt "Thank you!"

Horrible place. Do not take your pet here. They should not use the word "Urgent" in their name. You will wait forever and probably won't even be seen. They say they are open 8am-8pm but they should just close their doors at 2pm because you won't be seen if you come in after that. So if you do, be prepared to wait and then be told to leave. I find it funny that one of the Doctors replied to a negative review saying the clinic is there to provide care for pets in a "timely manner". Timely is not a word I would use to describe their process. Absolutely ridiculous!! Adding to the reply from the Clinic. I arrived at 4:20pm (you close at 8pm) and was told there were 5 people in front of me, not 7, and there was a possibility we couldn't be seen. I waited because my vet recommended you. I waited

My dog had had a lump on her leg for several years after having been bitten by another dog, we figured it was just scar tissue that had possibly formed a keloid. Our usual vet was not concerned so neither were we. Today we woke up and there was a split in her skin beneath the lump and the lump itself was very red. We debated waiting until her vet was open tomorrow, but decided to go to have it looked at. Yes the wait was long but there were 2 pets ahead of us and an immediate triage with respiratory issues. The team assessed the issue and offered to fine needle aspirate the lump to get cytology and rule out cancer. In the meantime they cleaned it with antibacterial solution and wrapped it to keep her from meddling with it. The best part was her wrap was so creative and cute! We will likely
