This veterinarian office is like family. Since moving to TN two years ago they have become our animal care home for sure. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet technicians to the veterinarians are personal, extraordinary, extremely competent and knowledgeable. They have helped me navigate through some of the most difficult challenges we’ve faced with our pets thus far. We could not be happier with their care!

UPDATE! DUE TO A CALL TO MY HUSBAND. Luna was provided a shot at the office that was 2 weeks worth of antibiotics. My husband advised that he did not remeber then advising of that information during the first visit. I appreciate them working with us, free of charge tomorrow to figure out what needs to be done next. Our cat, Luna had horrible teeth that needed to be removed. We understood that. Thank goodness for the Alice Fund, they were able to assist us with the cost. We were assured that Luna's eye would get better after the teeth were removed and after she finished her medication. We later found out that the meds that were sent home with us were pain meds. Not antibiotics like my husband was advised the first time. Her eye has not gotten any better. We spent our labor day at the emerg

I had a terrible experience with this vet. Specifically “Doctor” Thomas. I truly think she has no respect for people or animals. I brought my young healthy pet in for an appointment and the first thought on her mind was putting it down. Needless to say I went and got a second opinion and turns out she has anxiety and a severe allergy to catnip. Not only did she speak to me like I was stupid, she made me think my pet was going to drop dead any minute. After my cat’s experience at this vet, she suffers severe ptsd.

They are absolutely phenomenal. They really care about your babies. They will answer any questions you have with a smile on their face. They made it super easy to get financing for our dog’s surgery. They called the day after surgery to check on him. Wish I would have known about them sooner. 100% recommend!

I have been using this vet for years.. Dr Conley always has my fur babies back and the front desk is always friendly and kind.. I love this vet!! On July 1st 2025 my 4 pound yorkie named Chloe Starr was stung in the mouth by a honey bee and with in seconds she showed symptoms of been allergic, her tongue started to swell and just about stopped breathing.. talking about scary,,, so driving over 100 mph to Chattanooga to the emergency vet and her having to stay there over night and half the day the next day and us having a vet bill of 4.500 which I am perfectly ok with cuz my baby girl is on the way to recovery. Took her for a check up with her primary dr which is Sheila Conley which is absolutely amazing and does so awesome with my babies. Chloe is still on the road to recovery.. Thank you
