My daughter and I adopted our puppy Ci from AWL. These people are wonderful to work with and also take wonderful care of the pets while finding the perfect fit for their forever homes. When we are ready for the next addition to our family, we will definitely contact AWL!

I work with one of AWL's foster moms, Yvonne. Once my granddaughter was a little bigger. I told Yvonne what I was looking for in a kitten for my her (3 years old). She found the most PERFECT kitten for her. He was the best match ever! If you are looking for any kind of pet definitely reach out to AWL. Amazing organization that truly cares about the animals and doesn’t just push them into a home that might not be the right fit. Their animals live in foster homes where the foster gets to learn and see how that animal interacts with children, other animals, etc. When it’s time for adoption, they always do what is best for the animal. I adopted my Harry from AWL and I appreciated the honesty and patience while I was considering being a foster fail.

I have fostered for, worked with, and am a currently member of this organization. It's filled with amazing fosters and volunteers who work tirelessly to improve the lives of homeless animals. I have also adopted multiple animals from here, and they're very well cared for.

An excellent group of animal lovers. Super easy to deal with. I really enjoy their willingness to work with clients, other rescues and most importantly the adoptable animals.
