Animal Medical Center of Plainfield

Me and my girls always get a great care one of my dogs has to get shot every month and she always has a really good experience with tech Lauren she is very good on what she does. My dog used to get stressed out before when getting her injection but ever since we got tech Lauren she is quick and very well skilled. Always great experience overall. I have 2 Rottweilers 😍

We had the unfortunate circumstance of being at the emergency vet - twice in one day - with two different pets. And I can’t say enough about the service we had from start to finish. From the minute Xander answered the phone (when I was extremely panicked) to the ease the of check-in and the professional care and service and news that was delivered with such kindness…it was 10/10. While I don’t remember exactly who we dealt with at what point in the day, I did take down their names, because everyone was so great. Becca, Wally, Pricilla, and Xander - were all amazing. On a day that I was not a great one for us.

I have had to use this facility for an emergency sick visit and a non-emergency sick visit. Both occasions were amazing experiences where we are now considering them as our full-time vet clinic. All of the staff are amazing, and their knowledge and empathy for my concerns are valued. I also feel they do not overcharge for services rendered, so I am not burdened after caring for my fur-babies.

After being turned away from 5 different animal “hospitals” in the area, we finally landed at this amazing place. Brought our dog in and within a minute they brought him back and started treatment. The staff was super friendly and caring and our doctor was amazing. They gave pain meds, sedative, and sutured him with in what felt like 45 minutes. The doctor took time and answered every question we could have had. Brodie thanks you ❤️

I thank God I was referred to this Animal Hospital! I don’t think there is enough space here for me to compliment how well this animal hospital is ran from top to bottom. From the tech Mikayla, to Dr. Alex, and all the front desk staff were all welcoming and polite to my big puppy and I. Dr. Alex was very thorough and explained everything well and made me realize that the previous hospital we were going to was essentially harming my big boy with the medication they have him on. Everyone is caring, professional, it’s a very clean environment, reasonable pricing, and they did everything to the highest standard. 14/10! My old man had more visits to have a skin tag checked out. The service and care from techs Rachel and Brad were EXCEPTIONAL! Both very knowledgeable, patient, and caring.
