I’m giving 5 stars solely on the service we received from the receptionist. First, she was able to bump up our appointment due to our pets condition becoming a bit more serious and time sensitive. I was able to get in the very next day instead of our original appointment which was 4 days later. When we arrived, our cat had an accident in his carrier and she offered to take him in the back and replace his blanket with a puppy pee pad. She was very quick getting our paperwork and medication ready, and very friendly while we were waiting for our taxi to arrive after the appointment. I would highly recommend and hope that she gets the recognition she deserves.

This clinic was the on call clinic that was open. Our dog needed an emergency c-section and they called fast and were able to get her in quickly. This was the scariest time of my life because she was a high risk pregnancy. They went above and beyond for my sweet girl and her babies. Explaining everything even in the high stress situation. I cannot thank them enough for everything and would recommend them. Very compassionate and treated my girl like their own pet.

To be honest, I didn’t feel this vet was the most empathic person on the phone. I’m going to give some honest feedback that I would want my dog tested by someone who cares, not just somehow just looking for the money. That’s how I felt, that’s my truth. I’m going to ask that they be more empathetic please. I’m also going to recommend they create more programs for those who may need different financial options when booking, especially those who are First Nations. Thank you.

Great overall experience. Front desk lady was pleasant on the phone and in person. I appreciated the follow up call the next day to see how my dog was. The vet techs and the vet Dr were super friendly and kept me informed the entire time.

Very compassionate and caring vet and technicians. We had an emergency one evening and was treated here. They also did the follow up a few days later when our vet couldn't. Highly recommend.
