Clever Canines Training

My Australian Shepherd Sadie and I have been in training and Rally classes for 2 years now. We started with obidence levels 1 and 2 with Brandie, then moved into the rally obidence training with Maxine. It has given me the structure and tools I needed to properly train my high energy breed. I will likely enter Sadie and I into a Rally competition in the future. 10/10 recommend!

What an amazing experience with Clever Canines! Brandie and Mike are very knowledgeable and really want to set you and your dog up for success. Our little guy was very distracted and lacked focus on us as puppies do. After completing the first behaviour course, our little guy is very attentive to us, listens and knows many commands. We found that not only is this beneficial for our dog, as the owner, you also learn so much and understand why your dog is responding certain ways which really helped us help him! For a professional trainer I expected better. When you go to a strangers house, and bring your own treats, usually you ask the owner before feeding their dog because you don’t know if that dog has allergies. The treats she fed my dog made her sick later that night and she wasn’t better until the next day in the afternoon noon. When I read the reviews on these treats they are known to make some dogs sick. When I messaged the trainer, she tried to cover herself by telling me she was “shy” on the treats. 1) I have video proof of my dog playing just a few minutes before they arrived. 2) if you noticed she was “shy” on the treats, why continue feeding her treats ? She also tried to tell me not to pin point the treats making her sick, when I know for a fact that those treats are the only thing d

Great experience with the trainer. I was very worried at first her method wouldn't work with my boxer, as he is very stubborn. It seemed like a lot of treats at first, but with patience and repetition our little guy is very well behaved now. He doesn't even need treats nearly as much now, and loves to do tricks for us. We have even managed to get him to stop pulling on our walks and he returns to us when called. He is vShe has eery food motivated and the trainer was extremely experienced dealing with such a stubborn dog. Would recommend to anyone looking to train their dog, it's a very relaxed and fun way to learn, Brandi knows her stuff and is great with the dogs in class. Brilliant. Mike and Brandie the owners are very knowledgeable. We have taken both our dogs there for basic and more advanced training and we get many comments regarding how well behaved they are. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone.
