Paws To Remember

They made a heartbreaking moment easier to manage. They took great care of my sweet girl. Her paw print was perfect and sits next to her urn. They corrected a mistake of her name but not of their fault, they were given the wrong name by third party. When dealing with the correction or even my crying at pick up, they were so gentle and understanding. I highly recommend them.

There is nothing more heart breaking then having to put your beloved pet to rest, especially on Christmas Day, not knowing where our guy would rest for the holidays. Thank you to the amazing staff for working around the clock throughout the holidays. While I’m so sorry you guys had to work through 2024 Christmas holidays, myself and husband, can’t begin to thank you enough for being available for our worst day. Your compassion and respect for us, and of course, Scooby, is something that can’t be taught. Thank you for taking the best care of my husbands first boy, and allowing us to bring him home quickly. His final resting place and paw print at perfect 💙

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing kindness and assistance we received from Anna and Christina. The loss of our Bella was sudden, unexpected and devastating. I spoke on the telephone several times with Anna and Christina. They were so empathetic and accommodating and were sincerely respectful of our requests. They made a heart wrenching situation less stressful. Their attention to detail was outstanding. We brought our Bella home in a beautiful “princess” urn along with an amazing collage filled with heartwarming memories. We will always remember Anna and Christina for their kindness. We did tell them and we meant it from the bottom of our hearts “The world needs more people like you.” Thank you for everything - Trina and Mikey C 🐾

My dog passed tragically while visiting family in the Sault, he took off in a strange place and got hit by a car 😭💔. We were only visiting for a short period of time over the March Break and had to find a way to bring our boy home. Paws to Remember helped us to get him cremated in short period of time so he could make the 8 hour drive home with his forever family. They were so kind and compassionate, let us take our time to say our goodbyes and handled our pure devastation with love and professionalism. It felt like family helping us. I hope whoever reads this gets as much time as possible with your fur babies, but when the time comes please know your pet is in excellent hands with this business. Thank you so much ❤️

The kindness I was shown was incredible my sweet girl Mabel passed unexpectedly and I was devastated. They arranged a private cremation and allowed me to sit with my girl till it was time. They did a paw imprint and cut a tuft of her hair for me which I never thought of cause I was so upset and never charged me for it. Wonderful people!!!
